Patient Reference Group

customer_serviceOur group will aim to be a supporting role in the future development of NHS GP doctors surgeries for every surgery in Scarborough. The main focus of the group is to ensure a positive and constructive relationship between the practice, the patients and our wider community develops. It is essential for our patients to have a voice, and that voice must be reflective of our practice population here at Hackness Road Surgery. We encourage patients from all areas of the town and the villages of Burniston, Cloughton and Ravenscar to participate.

The Key Purpose of our Group is to:

  • Provide an opportunity for patient input into the future services that Hackness Road would like to deliver.
  • Communicate between the practice, the patients and our local community.
  • Collect patient opinions so the practice can review and evaluate the services we currently provide.

Therefore, we are encouraging patients to give their views about how the practice is doing. We would like to be able to find out the opinions of as many patients as possible and are asking if people would like to provide their contact details, so we can get in touch now and again to ask you a question or two.

Please call into reception and ask for one of our forms, alternatively please download a form and hand in to a member of staff at reception.
